You must be in the "in" plan. I talk for free to my friend in Atlanta everyday! Text messages are not free tho.

I think so, with most cell phone companies these days. I know my friend had an older verison phone last year, and she said she gets charged for texting. But a few months later in like November, she bought that flippy LG Verizon phone, and now she texts all the time. So I think calling to another Verizon user is free. But I am 50/50 on the texting. I have Sprint which sucks, so I want to switch to Cingular or Verizon. Good luck!

Yes with Verizon, if you and the party you're calling have any of the IN plans then calls are free. Text messaging is not free. They do have plans where you pay a certain amount and get unlimited text messaging. My husband and I have this. I think it's $5 per line.

on condition which you're having that characteristic as an addon. cellular to cellular is loose on family individuals plans yet no longer text fabric message basically in case u have a family individuals plan and questioning. text fabric messages are frequently an addons

I don't think text is free, unless you paid subcription for text.

If you have that type of plan because I seen very cheap plans that leave out these features.
