Spinach - and lots of other green vegetables.
Red Meat like steak, hamburger, beef of any kind, really.
And fish - all kinds of fish, but lots of tuna and salmon.
And potatoes - fries, baked, roasted, you get the idea.
Drink only a couple of glasses of juice a day and lots of water.

roids.... if you want to be big thats how they do it. substances will only get you so far.
Im not kidding if you want to be big you cant do it without steroids. yes 100% whey protein will help you along but they way people get real big is steroids.
