Primary source contains the bulk of the information including secondary sources. For instance, the Encyclopedia could be primary and the secondary sources listed within its content are secondary.
For example, if Optics was the subject the Enc. will include definitions and reference sources, like Newton, Galilleo, & Lewenhouk, also books on telescopes & microscopes.

Your question is not cleared. Anyhow, for example, in an electricity, the Generator is the Primary source for producing Electricity and the Transformer is the secondary source for converting the high voltage into low voltage. May be this help you.

A primary source is taken directly from someone. Like writing from Socrates, a letter written by George Washington, etc.... A secondary source is like a textbook or other sources (internet, magazines, etc)

Hey a primary source is d info u get frm d research u did itself w/o referring to other references.they r like d conclusion u do according to your own views n decisions.
whilst a secondary sorce is what elaborates and strenghtens d info dat u get.they can b sourced frm reference books, science books, magazines or any other materials which can b trusted.
