The show was so good. I enjoyed and my family did too.Why did they end this great show?What happened?

low ratings...I know I enjoyed it as well, it's still one of my favorite shows! But it was actually on the verge of being cancelled for several seasons.

Actually, they didnt know they werent going to get picked up for the next season until they were filming their VERY last episode, hence why you never saw a "Very Special Ending" of Full House. The last episode was the one where Michelle forgets who she is after falling off a horse.
ABC decided that Full House was just too expensive to carry on, the way it was being produced and the money it was costing for the Stars on the show.... and pulled the plug.

It was a good wholesome show for all family members to watch...sadly, the networks prefer to cater to a certain age group and this show was no longer appealing the the demographics they are trying to attract....

Everyone grew up. The show had ran it's course and they ended it. I used to watch it all the time growing up. You can still catch it on nick @ night.

That sappy music they always played at the end when problems just had to be handled started getting people to overcrowed the mental hospitals, well there was no more room at the mental hospitals because that sappy music drove us there so they had to end the show.

that show has been running repeats since like 20 years ago havent u seen the olsen twins there 19 or 20 there not inocent little kids anymore do u like live in a cave ??

The only thing I heard was it was getting to expensive to pay the twins what they were really worth.

I remember loving that show, but all the repeats I've seen have been bad...maybe it didn't age well or maybe it was bad all along.

Everyone grew up...you know...the Olsen twins...Kate...eating disorder...! LOL.
They do still show re-runs on ABC Family (I think).
