Is it weird that i am intimidated by hot girls. In school i can never go up to them and talk to them. And in class i just end up staring at them. And when they look at my direction I pretend like I am looking at the clock or something. And whenever a hot girl comes up to me and asks or talks to me I say something really stupid. And one time i said something mean when i didn't mean too. Am i weird.

Nah, from the sounds of it, you're a perfectly normal guy. Don't worry about it, talking to girls will get easier as you get more practice.
Oh, and you should of course apologize to whoever you said that mean thing to.

you have to relax... believe me... just go with the flow, pay attention to other guys and in a way try to be like them, I said in a way, not to be like them. girls are human beings too just like you and me and the rest of the world.
what about your friends do you have friends???? some time friends help a lot.... start with a hi for a few days and then when you feel comfortable go ahead with asking the time or some thing about school, the weather, its hot, cold, depending on the situation....
and do not forget they are humans just like you and they do fart too....

No just haven't devloped a confindence with the opposite sex. First of all remember their HUmans just like you, their just girls and just act like you would with anyone else.
The only failure you can really have would be to stop completely, so try try again!

Relax; if you can learn to talk to them, you will be able to date them, too. Smile. Be yourself. Don't treat them like strange items, treat them like you do other people. After all, that's what they are.
