Does anyone know who designed Hannah Gibson's, daughter of Mel Gibson, wedding dress? I have searched but have only found this detail of her dresss: "floor-length, ballgown skirt embellished with a scalloped hemline." Thanks!

I think she got it off the rack and modified it herself.

Its the other way to make something "one of a kind".
