well we don't know becuase you fail to elaborate on how much Paula picks, but assuming that she is simply picking two pickles for Peter Piper and Paula to eat, she can preserve 8 quarts of pickling peppers that Peter Piper picks.

8 quarts is 16 pints
ergo 2 pecks equals 16 quarts and 32 pints

Need more info, like how much vinegar is used to pack the pickled peppers. If you place one pepper in each jar, there will be a lot more jars than if you cram the jar full of peppers.
