Have you ever loved a guy who you knew you couldn't have, but wanted him no matter what you had to do?

Yes! Not a guy but a girl from work. I have this huge crush on her for almost 2 years now and halfway through the first year, I found out she's straight and married. Imagine my heart break huh?! Yup. It still hurts until now, knowing she can't be mine coz she's already taken. I still pine for her secretly, and even gaze and admire her from afar when she's not looking. I'm trying hard to stay away but whenever I see her, I melt all over. It's very difficult but I have to move on. They say to stay away from the ones who are married or taken, coz they will only give you sorrow. Very true.

Yea. I've had a major crush on this guy since we were freshmen in HS, I used to kind of feel that he was bisexual because how he used to act towards me, he befriend me, he knew about the gay rumors about me and I used to do things to push him away because I was fighting my feelings for him thinking they were wrong back then. That was years ago, I feel that i'll always love him, I tried to pursue him earlier this year to find out if he's gay or bi through a few sneaky tactics but he just ignores the advances which really doesn't tell me anything. I think he's bi though but isn't comfortable. That's a guy that I don't mind waiting for, apart of me still hopes that one day we can be together. I gave him a way to contact me if he wants me, so it's up to him.

Yes, but it eventually was just too difficult for me to be around him and know that he would never feel the same way about me as I did for him. We were best friends for a long time and it hurt to stop hanging out with him. I always had my suspicions about him being gay or at least being BI. I've known him for 3 years and he hasn't had a girlfriend the whole time and used to call me all the time and want to hang out. I never pressured him for anything though and wasn't very confident in myself at the time. I'm sure if I could do it all over again I would do it a little differently. But everything happens for a reason so o well.

Yes I know the feeling the thing is we can't force anyone to be with us and sometimes no matter what you do that person is just not into you!!! Of course I'm not telling you to leave it like that if there is hope do what you can just don't wash out yourself in order to become somebody else...

Sadly yes... then I found out he was gay. Once I wrapped my head around that piece of info, I am blessed with a wonderful friend who means the world to me.

I feel you! I like to think of him as "The one who got away." The whole situation sucked completely, but I can't recall every feeling more alive.
