wax and buff it out would be the proper way

or you could use a black permanent marker-a lil clear nailpolish to prevent rust -

or you can go to walmart in the paint center and look up your car make and model and get the paint code buy a tube of touch up paint and paint the scratches

Well you could do the funny thing that they do in "sharpie mini" ads and write on it...or just scrub them. Allot of the time scratches can be dirt more than they are actually scratch marks.

If the car is clear coated, you have to be careful about going through it. Otherwise you can use buffing compound or 1200 grit sand paper and then buffing compound.
