i have been feeling really weird,stomach pains,back pains,chest pains,feelin dizzy and bad headaches and i have just noticed (ma urine has gone really clear is this bad or good) anyone know what it could mean..

I'm in abnormal psychology right now, and from what you are describing, it is possible that you have Conversion Disorder, where severe internal conflicts or emotions (from abuse, neglect, or any other scarring experience) that one converts into physical symptoms because it is the only acceptable way (this decision is made unconsciously) to express the emotions and take care of them. It could also be pain disorder, where the feelings manifest themselves in pain that doesn't seem to come from any physiological cause. I would say ask your doctor. And the thing about the clear urine, you might need to be taking more vitamins. Hope this helped.

Clear urine (I mean, colorless) can mean a lack of water soluble vitamins, but the rest of it...sounds like you should really see a doctor. It may be nothing but it's better to have it checked out now, than to wait. If it's 'something', you could catch it before it gets worse. If it's nothing...well, then you're out the money for a doctor. Better safe than sorry.

Clear urine is a good sign.
The other things sound like a panic attack.
Go see a doctor, just to be sure.

go and see your doctor sweet,have a healthcheck every year,its free and your worth it arent you???get what you pay national insurance for.i have one every year,its quick and painless and any worries are sorted out there and then.on the other hand,well done for airing your worries on here,unknowingly you have probably made others think about there health.its probably nothing and think how happy you will be after its sorted out,good luck and well done!!

I think it could be a kidney infection or a urinary infection. I would go to the doctor and get some anti-bacterial medicine and you will be fine in to time. I had the same experience when I had a kidney infection. Please go to the doctor soon because a kidney infection could scar your kidney (s)

clear water is a good sign. if it was yellowish ud b dehydrated. It sounds lik ur pregnant.
