Well, there's a really good song called "Photograph" by 12 Stones that has an acoustic part. The chorus is electric, but you could probably adapt it to play on an acoustic. The song might be a bit difficult to play, but it sounds awesome (IMHO).

I have an electric guitar at home and i'm pretty good. I have played acoustic but i just don't think any songs sound good. I prefer electric on every song

wow you play the guitar!! that is so cool i do to. a really cool song i like ( don't make fun of me I'm a girl so i have strange tastes i know. ) i like " Love me Tender" by Elvis Presley. i know you wanted popular but i listen to country so you probably would not have like my fave songs.
