You've already come to a site that offers information at no cost.

I'll assume you have some experience or skill. If not. plans might not help much?

Step 1 should be knowing the location where the shed will live, and pouring a slab, or prep the ground for a raised floor at the very least.

Step 2 should be creating even a rough sketch designing the shed yourself, placing doors and windows in locations that suit your needs.

Step 3 should be making a materials list, and doing the math in what measurements, equate to that materials list,,,IE: number of studs, framing lumber, exterior plywood sheets needed, or other siding materials, roof pitch or style, and what materials you'd prefer using, measurements for doors and windows based on your needs, budget, availability, electrical connections if any are desired, even plumbing if that's an issue.

Step 4 would be delivering, or having delivered, the materials to the job site.

Step 5 might be enlisting the help of others to complete the project. 20 x 20 is not a 1 day job for a single DIY person.

An example might be: Studs at 24 inch centers, plywood or other @ 4x 8 sheets would equate to 20 sheets for the siding, then add whatever you might use for flooring, and roofing. Decide if you can, by getting a list of codes for your area, what permits are needed or whether or not you'd need Trusses, or other, for the roof supports, etc. etc. etc.

Try DIY website oor This Old House. They might have info there. You might have to look it up under building storage shed at Lowe's sight to give you the material list that they want you to buy from them or something. Maybe that'll work.
