I am very upset with this season of dancing with the stars!!! I think that the dancers should be judged on their new found skills and dancing the real dances rather then on populatity and fan statis. If anyone here agrees please leave an answer and tell me how you feel. To me it does not seem fair that talented people are being eleminated beause they do not have as many fans as thouse who are not as talented.

To me, it's all about the entertainment factor!! If people are more concerned with the technicality of it, they should watch an actual ballroom dance competition, not a primetime television show! If it was all technical, I think it would have a lot less viewers.
I adore Mario. He is a fabulous dancer!! Him and Karina are by far the most entertaining, and I think he definitely has the most natural talent for dance.
I did think Sara Evans should have went home before Vivica Fox, but I didn't like either of their performances Tuesday night.
I also think this season is a lot closer of a competition!! After Sara goes home, I won't know who to hope leaves!! Not that she isn't a nice girl, I just think she has the least aptitude for dancing over anyone who is left. (Although I would suppose she is over Jerry Springer, even though he totally made me cry learning the waltz for his daughter. How sweet!!)

I enjoy that show as well! If you told someone 5 years ago that we would see ballroom dancing on primetime. You would have been laughed at...right?!! This is just a great show.
I do agree mostly. I am enjoying the dancing just for the entertainment value alone.
I did take formal ballroom dancing lessons for several and I loved it. The reality is...i'm a short round woman with no flexiblity...yet that never slowed me down. I laughingly said my dance partner danced with a fancy log.
Since I really don't know most of those "stars" except for three of them...it doesn't matter much to me...its just a game show like any other one.

i think of Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) could be a competent option to signify like Jayne Semour and Marie Osmond. perhaps for the adult men Joshua Morrow (Nick) or Kristoff St. John (Neil). as long because it quite is not the stressful characters that the accepted public does not root for which includes Chole, Amber, or Jenna.

I'm getting tired of Emmitt + Mario getting out every week because of the fan base. The country singer was the one that deserved to go this week not Vivica Fox although I did not like their song choice of Bon Jovi since it was a Latin dance on Tuesday.
