a year ago I got a doctors order for x-rays and the Doctor did not sign the order. I stood around for hours and still didn't get my x-rays. allot of stuff has happened and a year latter he gives me orders for x-rays and blood work. we got the x-rays but had to wait around forever because he didn't sign the order.. they had to fax it to him and he took forever to fax it back. later we foun out the blood work order wasn't signed.
so does he do this on purpose or is he incompetent

Stupid, overworked, incompetent, careless... all amounts to the same thing doesn't it. ...frustration for the suffering patient.

I've only heard of that kind of incompetence in Northern Virginia.

Once you can put down to a mistake, this many times and I would change doctors; he sounds either a useless git or a miserable tw4t.
