If they are dead and won't charge you will have to buy new ones. Get the model number of your phone and go to Radio Shack. They may have a replacement battery or will know who will.

theres no real way to revive an old battery that wont charge anymore.

if its over 2 years old, toss it and buy a new one.
Buying a new drill may be cheaper though so be sure to look into that as well.

To help your batteries in drills and other cordless tools be sure to get allot of extra batteries. Charge one and use the other being sure to keep them cool. A warm battery will loose its charging capability faster

Are you talking about a battery for a cordless phone? If your base unit is
not charging your phone, your battery is most likely dead. You need a new one. Many places sell them - your best bet is Radio Shack.

Don`t know what type of batteries you`re asking about, but I`ve power tool batteries can be rebuilt. Don`t discard old batteries, recycle them.

I heard once if you put the battery in the freezer for a few hours it will help. I've never tried it so don't know if it will work
