A couple weeks ago I was in California and I heard this awesome song on a couple of their radio stations. It was R&B and was called "superhero" or "superman". That really doesn't narrow it down at all, so I'm having a lot of trouble finding out who sings it. The main line was like "I can be your superhero". Which really doesn't narrow it down at all either. There were a couple lines in there about protecting her from her ex. I got the idea it was a really new song, definitely no older then a couple years. It was a guy singing the main part, and seems like there might have been a lady singing some intermittent backup. Can't really think of much else in there. Sorta slow, and not high pitched like Usher or Frankie J. I'd really appreciate any input on what it might be. Thanks.

I'm thinking it wasn't Eminem, cause he sings with a lot more force. Eminem is generally more what i go for, but this guy was a lighter style then his stuff, and he sounded black.

If its a newer song and its R&B you might wanna try "Superman" by Brown Boy. When I first heard that song it took me awhile to figure out who it was because hes a new artist.
