First let me say how sorry I am about your loss, I imagine it was an extremely difficult thing to go through. Here is some info I wrote for you, hope it helps!

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.

Early signs of Pregnancy:

Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

I don't want to negate what your feeling, but I do want to warn you - having gone through 2 miscarriages myself, you want it so bad, that every little cramp makes you wonder... However, it COULD be, go have a blood test, a blood test can show pregnancy long before a urine test can. This way, at least you'll know. If not - DON'T be upset. Remember, even though you miscarried, you were able to get pregnant - so you can get pregnant again! Best of luck to you!

SORE BREASTS COULD DEFINITELY BE A SIGN, IT WAS FOR ME. SO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AND GO GET A BLOOD TEST DONE IN A COUPLE WEEKS.I FOUND OUT WITH REGULAR EPT TEST 2 WEEKS AFTER I CONCEIVED. GOOD LUCK HOPE YOU GET THE REULTS YOU ARE HOPING FOR.
