a case theme is usually just a sentence or two for attornies to use throughout their case. it is important that it be something catchy.

How can you expect us to come up with a theme for the case when we don't know the facts of the case? The theme is determined by what evidence there is to support the claims..

You remember when Johnny Cochrane said "If it does not fit, you must acquit"? It's a catch little phrase, but is probably worthless as a theme for a "wrongful shooting" case.

o to oregonlive.com It is the newspaper here our cops are trigger happy you can read all about it last week they shot a 17 yr old boy who was having mental problems his mom called the police cause he said he was going to kill himself they shot him with bean bags and when he turned for cover they shot him in the back and killed him.yesterday a man died in custody of broken ribs and punctured lung the police beat him and took him to jail rather than a hospital. don't want to breath around our cops
