There is no Magic potion, oil or exercise. Your body has just so much elasticity and if you are one of the fortunant few you're lucky. I was with my first but after my second I kept the baby pooch belly.... I am 46 now and still have it even after a year of working out... I have resigned my self to it. My kids dubbed it the butt belly because I had to have the old fashioned C-section. :(
Otherwise like the lady said look into a tummy tuck but not until you are sure you are done having kids. You can try to exercise and do crunches but don't get your hopes up.

iT SUCKS DOESN'T IT!!!!! I had 4 children and still had a six pack after without having to do anything. Then i got pregnant with twins and my body is officially destroyed. You can't get rid of loose skin, you can lose all the weight in the world but that skin will never be the same. You could always have a tummy tuck if you don't feel good about yourself.

that's way a lot less complicated. I truly have had 4 c-sections. the first 2, I did confusing paintings for a number of hours and then had the c-sections. restore for those took plenty longer than the subsequent 2. They were planned c-sections and that i develop into up and shifting interior hours of surgical procedure and felt particularly well-known with per week. and that i develop into in elementary words in favor of soreness killers for 2 days. That sounded extra like the restore time of a vaginal shipping to me. So, definite...that's way a lot less complicated.

I had a c section back in April and i am still struggling with flabby, stretched skin. I plan on going to the gym but i heard it is nearly impossible to get rid of it due to the damage dome to the muscles.

I heard that since your muscles are cut you can't exercise to get your tummy back in shape. The only option is a tummy tuck. There are some hospitals in NY that will do a tummy tuck for you after you have your last kid.

To be honest it is really hard to get the skin to go back to the way it was. I wish I could give you a good answer but if you do find the secret please email me and let me know. I have struggled with this same thing for 9 years. I am not a heavy woman so not sure what the problem is. Good luck!!!

Try vitamin E oil or collagen cream. Abdominal exercises might help too, but don't overdo it.
