As a loyal Chargers fan I can tell you that most people in SD are getting pretty fed up with the way Schotty runs the show. This team is too damn good to lose to the likes of the Ravens. It's the same thing that happened last year, they dominate the first half, then Schotty shuts down the offense. I swear, the guy is scared to death of the turnover, until he grows some balls and allows his team to play four quarters of football he's never gonna win a superbowl. It really won't surprise me when they fire him after this season. So to answer your question, things have started to pick up for Rivers already, but look for the same gameplan all season long, second half shutdown. Martyball must be stopped!!!

Never. The sooner they get rid of Martyball the better. Go get Norm Chow. He was Rivers coach as a freshman at NC State, he knows how good Philip is.

Shittenhiemer sucks. San Diego will not go to the top with him as coach. How many times has he proved that? Why is he a good coach if he can't win in the playoffs? I wouldn't call that a good coach.

when they replace schittenheimer. he's so conservative even though he has 2 of the best offensive weapons in the league. SD fans must truly hate him.

Never. Marty doesn't have the balls to take risks...he's a good coach, but his record in the play-offs tells me he isn't good enough...
