Suspend pieces of dripping bloody raw steak in condoms from a barbed wire rack shaped as a smiley face. The name will be the trick that pulls it together for art phonies, and makes it "deep." Been there.

Are you crazy? A steak like a chunk of dead cow? Anyway, I suggest take a plaster cast of a real one, make a replica, and paint it. Use rubber and smear it with steak sauce!

Use polymer clay or make a pillow---you are not stating how real it has to look but the pillow I just helped my daughtermake of an animal cell was pretty cool---or paper mache(?) good luck...
