Go see a therapist. Something from your past must have caused you to have low self esteem. Uh I don't know how someone could boos their own self esteem by themselves. But you should surround yourself by good caring people they think highly of you, people that are unlikely to put you down. And just stop thinking so much lol. I don't know what you're parents are like, if they always tell you how proud they are of you or not, and if they tell you they love you a lot. If they don't, that may be way you have a low self esteem. You could always take medicine as well, but I don't suggest that. I used to worry alot and feel ugly all the time and feel I couldn't do anything right, sometimes I still feel like that. But I have caring parents, and I think have some bit of an ego, I compare my self to lesser people, like people who are not as smart as me, people who are uglier than me, etc....That makes me feel better about myself. and I say to myself "Thank God I"m not like them...."

If you think you suffer from paranoia, see a psychiatrist. It is important because they can treat you for it. It could be a chemical problem.
Excercise would be the next suggestion.
It might take longer to feel better, but the self confidence lasts longer. Excercise releases endorphins that make you feel great.
Next, understand that in high school if you think someone is looking at you or talking about you, it is possible that they really are! Don't worry about it. That's high school. You wouldn't believe how many people in your class really don't feel confident.
They just cover it up more.
Just carry yourself like you know they are looking and you don't care.

Try this it might help:every morning when you get up to get ready for school, looking the mirror and think of at least one thing that you like about yourself. Whether it's your hair, smile, or something about your personality. That might help you start to look at yourself differently. Plus you are only 15. I was like that at your age, I still am sometimes. But it does get better the older you get. You'll learn to like yourself better. The most important thing I can tell you though is to try not to care what other ppl think. See yourself through your own eyes and no one else's.

Why you have low self-esteem issues? Answer: You are a 15 year old girl. It's called adolescence, everyone goes through it and most people in your classes are going through it, even if they don't look like they are. Remember that it'll pass, and smile more.
