i luv to get leveled up my pokemons before entering a new area. possibly make them evolved into max before entering into 3rd or 4th area. just prepare all pokemons dat have the advantage on the gym leaders and elite 4 n u'll do fine ;)

You raise your Pokemon to a high level and you beat the E4 (Elite 4). Then you have to defeat the champion, a.k.a. your rival. Hope that helps.

is the game cartridge attacking you? if so, a flying dragon kick should teach it a lesson -in pain!
if you mean the elite four, that's easy. it really doesn't matter what your team is, if you have them leveled enough, and know how to use them, you'll do fine.
