maybe the html code or something i dunno but its the size of an icon and i dont have any programs that i can resize it so can someone plz help me?

its possible 2do it either thru some sort of photoshoping software or even going to a professional photo printing shop but i'm not sure you'd really want 2 'cos in either case the quality isn't really very good.
If i were you i'd wait a few years until the quality of photoshopping improves enough (rather than pay 4existing software that does it)
or recreate the picture only this time do it big!

if it is the size of an icon I doubt you will be able to.... you can try to enlarge it in Paint or another photo editing program but I am willing to bet you dont have enough pixles or resolution.......

Change from tile to stretch and it will fill the screen. If it is really small it will get pixeled.

an icon would never work if you're trying to stretch it.
i could make an icon collage for you if you wanted, or you could just tile it.

right click and choose proportieson your desktop. go to background. when you scroll down and find the pic select it on the side it says position and and select strech
