What is the Best eyeliner to use that wont look faded and stays on for about 4 hours.

I use one of those twist-up pencils.

I use Almay Amazing Lasting 16 Hour eyeliner pencil & (as someone said above) I take the same shade of eyeshadow & lightly dust it (with a thin slanted tip eyeliner/eyebrow brush) over the liner. If you don't have one or don't want to use a brush, you could also use the pointy tip of a sponge eyeshadow applicator or even a q-tip. It gives it extra staying power & usually lasts all day.

I use any eyeliner and then lightly go over it with a matching eyeshadow color and it lasts all day. The powder from the eyeshadow sets the liner and it stays until I wash it off. (have had it 10-12 hours with no problem)

Sephora Brand eyeliner pencil stays on forever but for Liquid eyeliner I use the NYC brand for walmart-- stays on alllllll day!

If you have a steady hand, liquid eyeliner rocks. There are inexpensive brands at the drug store or higher end ones at department stores.

If you want a pencil or liquid try Lancome. The pencil that I use is the twist type. It is pricey, but it is a good product and definitely worth the investment.

Bare Minerals, it is expensive, but it is the best. while most eyeliners contain tar and junk, Bare minerals are pure minerals. I love it i use it every day

even better, 6 hours. maybelline line stylist in black. its awesome cause i can make fine lines or super heavy lines.:)
