Personally don't believe it really exists.... at least in 95% of women.

Wow, you are really stupid aren't you! If your balls hurt, and blood gushed from your penis for 5 days or more straight, you would be VERY pissed. So shut up you inbreed idiot!

Put it this way: if you ever had it, you would KNOW it exists. It exists way more than men think or know! You try having your emotions go up and down constantly for days or weeks, having cramping beyond belief, bloating making you feel soooooooooooooo fat, horrid pain at all times, etc!! Then tell me what you think about it! IF you don't believe in PMS, do you believe that having a baby isn't painful either? If not, then just have kidney stones. It is the closest you will EVER come to finding out what childbirth is like.

Medical research suggests that 80 to 90 percent of women of reproductive age experience symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). For a fortunate few, the symptoms are relatively moderate. However, many women experience symptoms that are disconcerting, and if left untreated, can reach critical proportions in many instances. The latter describes a group of women who experience a devastating and debilitating set of symptoms known as Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (a.k.a. PMDD).

PMS is real....i will agree that a lot of women 'overuse' it....and use it for an excuse. I dont think that it's always as bad as people act. But even if you just have a little stomach ache. If it's caused by 'that time of the month' it's PMS.

It does exist, as reported by women and women's movements, AND it is an excuse for women to lash out, however irrelevant or pathetic the excuse may be for the incident at the time. God Bless you.

Hormones change around during that time. Plus the flow can be heavy and cramping in front and lower back, uggh! It can make a woman feel cranky a little, when normally she wouldn't be. I believe a lot of women use it as an excuse though. I admit it if it happens (crankiness) and try to catch myself beforehand.

Pre-menstrual syndrome or PMS is a medically documented fact. It's caused by the hormonal changes that a woman goes through just prior to her period, and has different effects on different women.

I'm guessing women who hang out around you don't NEED an excuse to lash out. With that kind of attitude, you must be all the reason they need.
