my 15th birthday is coming up next saturday and im inviting 10 of my closest friends but i have NO clue wat to do. please give me some ideas .oh and no lame dress up ideas .my friends are stoners and they just want to chill.

If your friends are stoners I would suggest lots of snacks... Chips, and party sandwhiches...
Some Cool decorations, some skulls and cross bones, and other cool stuff.
Make a theme for the party (this is not dressing up) lol....
Make up little grab bags and such...
Full of cool things you might like and them as well.
Let's see.... Have some cool contests (do a search for these)
Fill some balloons with shaving cream and have them throw darts at them... Don't tell them that they are filled with shaving cream.. I would suggest doing this outside...

Well, if they're stoners.. then get stoned with them.. if that's the only thing they like to do. <- This is just SARCASM. You're 15 not 25. TOO YOUNG TO BE A STONER. And, if you're not, then you shouldn't hang out with people who are wasting their lives away.
However, how about going to see a movie then come home and rock out to some music.

just let them hang...food is a MUST it's a common ground and everyone loves food....music of some kind is always good just little things maybe have a movie running somewhere for ppl to watch if they feel like it...if they're your friends (stoners or not) they won't really care they'll just be glad to be out of the house and celebrating your birthday with you.

If they just want to chill, then maybe go out for a nice dinner somewhere first- then get a bunch of cool movies, a bunch of junk food and just hang out watching them. Or have some tunes going, and play a game

So if they are coming to chill, why do you need something to do? Just hang out w/ good food and some board games. Sometimes the best times are just getting together and talking w/ nothing else going on. Try it.

make you room a haunted room and make asked them if they would like to dress up as a seriel killer like freddy kugar or jason anything scary

have a pj, dress, and talent contest for the cutiest stuff and then u model it or u could go to the movies and shopping
a fun game is when u make a person count back form 1000 and then when they stop counting ask them questions and then they will tell the truth

Eat some party food (pizza, a veggie tray with ranch dip, cupcakes and ice cream), get in the Jacuzzi for 20 minutes, then paint your toenails black while you watch the Chronicles of Riddick or one of your favorite movies.

Then let them chill. Who can hold an ice cube between their feet / elbows / etc. the longest. Which team can do such w/ foreheads/noses etc.
If you can spring for Apples to Apples - good game.
