Well, I'm not sure they'll ALL be voted out of office...
But if you want to know why however many get voted out, it's because it's a mid-term election and the way these cycles go the "out-party" is supposed to make gains in an off-year. (Look at 1994)
But I suspect that's not what you want to hear. I bet you believe that there's a revolution underway and once and for all, the despicable Republicans are going to be tossed out by all of the young, idealistic cognoscenti who just can't take it anymore.
Sorry to disappoint you, but after you've lived through a few of these cycles you come to realize it's just the way things go.
