hey its no big deal, just be really outgoing, and don't act alll nerdy or anything. my sister skipped a grade, and all you have to do is be friendly for a couple of days, and just basically "connect" with the people, and they'll accept you in no time. don't try and be overly cool, it turns people off, and makes them think you're a wannabe... anyways... to answer your question on kodocha, i found kodocha on youtube.com... to watch all 102 episodes, you should just search for "kodocha 1" for episode one, and "kodocha 2" for episode two, and so on... i hope that made sense if it didn't email me @ am222much444u@yahoo.com

Well, I'm not sure how your school works, but at most schools the grades are from grade 1 to 5 or 1 to 8 sometimes even 1 to 12. If there is a grade 8 in your school . . . well there won't be much difference at all. It's just like going from grade 5 to 6 and 6 to 7.

If your entering a new school, I'm sure all your friends will be moving on to that school too, so you'll be fine, plus grade 8 is still considered elementary school so it's easy.

My best bet is that your going into grade 8 at your current school, since grade 8 is an elementary grade, it has to be in an elementary school or in the elementary part of a elementary/senior school. Grade 8 just has lot's more homework usually, but the work isn't that hard. But when I was in grade 8 (just last year lol) they were strict on the math, and really drilled it into us because after grade 8 we all moved onto high school . . .at a different school.

High school is hard. Grade 9 is't too bad, but it's grade 11 and 12 that are usually harder, and there the REAL important grades.

Well, there's nothing to be really scared of because from 7 to 8 is not that hard. The hardness increase to yr 10 and so on. So, the only difference will be more work and more effort needed from ur side. If u r a good student and u study well, this is not a problem at all! Just do it. Nothing's impossible!
If u have any doubts or anything, just ask ur teachers. I'm sure they will be more than happy to help you out. Don't get too stressed. Have a time table to organize ur study period. If u slowly build up ur work, it will be more easier when u reach ur exams.
Good luck!

Don't bother taking the above answers into acocunt, except to try to act normal, but that can be a challange at times. My step-sister skipped 6th grade and went to 7th and it was really difficult on her because she was seperated from her friends. I do think that you are in better situation because you are a year older than she was so I think the transition will be a bit easier. The older you are the more you realize that you can still be friends with people even though they are not in the same grade as you. All I can tell you is act friendly to others and you will make lots of friends in your new grade also and keep in touch with your friends from 7th. Once you get into highschool, you will still be friends with all of them, it makes no difference. I hope this helps, good luck!

Do you have any friends or know anyone in 8th grade right now? That could help.

If you don't, it's a great time to make friends:) People like smart people, and you don't have to be scared just because you're younger.
Be nice. And poilte. Then you'll do fine :)

Dont be scared. Its great that youre being moved up. You just have to study and pay attension to whats going on. no procrastination, and know what you want to get out of accomplishing your dreams of the eighth grade. Just do all your work. take notes, study everyday, and just dont be nervous. things will turn out for the best.

Relax, everything will be fine. Just be yourself. The work may be a bit harder, but apart from that, things will be just about the same. Try to make new friends, continue your friendships with the people you already knew. That just about covers it. Good luck!

Why are you nervous? theres nothing to worry about and you'll be fine.
Just always be yourself and enjoy the freedom while you can because later on it gets harder but yr 7 and 8 are like junior years so it doesn't really matter:P
just remember to have fun!!!

don't worry, 7th and 8th grades are a lot alike, just different subjects. ex. instead of life science, its physical science, stuff like that.
its easy.
