yes, if ive got the weekly shop, and youve got a loaf of bread and a pint of milk, i would graciously offer, it can take me ten minutes to load the conveyor belt, and it seems churlish to hold them up when i dont have to...
same with driving, if theres a gap, and im nt in a hurry, or the traffic is already stopped ahead, ill let you out. (unless youre in a ferrari, and you can wait. Astons however, are another matter.
its really just good manners.

Absolutely not, if im queueing up somewhere it means i have to interact with the general population, i bloody hate doing that, theres nothing worse than some nob trying to engage me in a conversation in a queue, piss off you grubby commoner i dont want to know about your last holiday to lanzagrotty or how your wife farts all the time. I just want to get out of there as quickly as possible, so no i'd rather eat my own faeces than prolong my queue time by trying to be all noble and let some git in front of me.
Unless shes got a tight butt and big norks.

If there is a good reason to allow someone to queue jump, then yes, it is polite to let someone who is struggling ahead of you. Just don't let every tom, dick or harry do it, or you'll be there all damn day.
If someone cuts infront of you by mistake, it's not the end of the world.

Never heard of a 'cue' before. Might give you some information on a queue, though.

Yeh its OK to let someone go in front of you in a cue its your choice if you want to do that. Its nice for people to show an act of kindness now and again no matter how small.

Only if you are fist in line with one behind you. Other than that no as we would not have the consent of the people behind, who may not agree to someone going before them who did not take there turn.

Us "Englishmen" also know the difference between cueing and queueing, so before you start being so clever about us, engage your brain.
