Ok, how about for creating a basic business website then?

If you really want a good website, hire a programmer that does web development. They get paid that much for a reason.

You are not going to do it the first time out and have it look really professional no matter what website you get referred to.

Alternatively you could download and install a free content management system such as PostNuke (www.postnuke.com) and add the commerce modules if you need them. You don't have to have any coding skills at all, just a little design flair and a little patience to get the site looking something like. There are lots of free "bolt on" modules that can be included e.g. calendars, paypal etc.

There is also .net nuke as an alternative but I can't really help with this as I have never used it.

Sorry dear not going to happen, I'd suggest finding a decent programmer proficient in the Macromedia Suite. You're not going to find a good site with the power you probably need
