what gets paint out rugs ect. ?

how old is the paint ?is it water base or oil base? try goof of it is sold at home depot .I used to use lestoil on everything when i was younger it will tale oil paint and grease out of anything if it has not dryed yet

I think you are out of luck. You might try "goop gone". You can find it in hardware store.
