remember about when you go to the restroom when you feel a temptation to bite. not even the best soap in the world can destroy all of the bacteria in your nails(from, WIPING)! just nasty when you taste your wipe(poo!) thats just plain nasty and i promise it will help, thats whats been keeping me from biting for three years! if it sadly doesnt work for you, buy some anti-biting nail polish. heres some:

Chew gum instead of biting nails, also some suggest to put pepper in clear nail polish and put it at tips of nails so when u bite them u taste pepper. They have nail polish to promote nail growth but it won't help if u keep biting them. I did this when younger when nervous, still nervous sometimes but just decided to stop. Also u can get a set of nails done so u cannot bite your real nails.

I'm a former nail biter.

The key is to bring a nail clipper with you always.
The primal need to keep my nails short is the root of the nail biting.

The nail clipper changes a disgusting habit into a good hygiene habit. The nail clipper satisfies your need to trim your nails regularly. But this time, the trimmer makes nice manicured nails.

I went to a nail salon and got those nails put on. I kept them until the habit was broken.

Get acrylic nails put on. They will look so pretty you won't want to bite.
