A few months ago I was going to get my ears pierced with my sister, and I went to claires and they said I can't do it, because of my sister not being over the age of 21.

maybe it makes sense
I had mine pierced when i was 8 though

yea because if you under 18 you need you parents to go with you ... or someone over 21. if clares didnt to this many ppl would go get them pierced and their parents would get mad.....
