it depends on the therapy you're talking about... i found that writing out my feelings was great therapy... talking is great therapy... exercise is great therapy...

Depends on the type of therapy. Some counselors can give you very useful tools to work with.

No... why should I pay some dude who has a therapist to listen to my problems and just agree with whatever I say and come up with stupid questions on occasion. If I need that, I'll just start chating or something.

Yes if you can find the right one since sometimes people can talk to therapist about things in life that you could never tell to
others about you.

I've never done it, but I hear good things. It's just a way to talk everything out and help sort through conflicting thoughts.
