A higher lift cam and a bigger carb or fuel injection system will get you some good horsepower and is not to expensive. It is really up to what kind of vehicle you have.

buy a chip, a new air induction system, and have duals put on it for maximum flow.

depends what kind of car but i would reccomend a superchip for good quick hp...exhaust and intake works too but not as much
