I doubt it, it like pulling teeth to get a copy of birth certificate. Here's a story, I am 24 years old, born and raised in Portland Ore, and I was born at home, and never taken to the hospital. I had to do to court at the age of 23 to get a birth certificate. It took about 8 years of people asking the same question. What do you mean you have no birth certificate? I am as white as they get! Good Luck, best answer is go to your nearest State office, you most likely will not be able to get it online. Too much identity theft, thats why it took me so long. I was actually questioned at the SS office about being a terrorist. Remember I am very white!

No but you can get the address and phone number of the place that you need to contact. (Your state office, where you were born.) Then they will tell you what you need to send-usually 10-15 bucks and the information they tell you to write down. They will send you a certified copy.
