Nothing any different than if she used Clairol or any of the other womens' brands; the active ingredients are the same. They just package "Just for Men" differently so as to appeal to their target male audience, since they figure a guy wouldn't be as embarrassed to buy it than he would as buying Clairol. It's all about advertising. Many other products in the mens/womens beauty area are also the very same ingredients: shampoo, shaving cream, etc. to name a few.
