If you end up having trouble finding them,a last resort is buying cheap shoes and gluing beads or sequens (that youll get cheaply at the craft store. But some places to check are anywhere they sell Jasmin costume,party city,toys r us,the Disney store will have it,check disney.com/shop

if she' s going to actually wear them more than once, i found out that indian clothing stores (as in india, not native american) have gorgeous shoes like that..they have everything from those pointy-toed Aladdin-like ones to casual sandals and fashionable shoes
otherwise, your best bet is a disney or costume store

The Disney store has some and there on sale for 25% off too! They were less than $10.00

don't you have those dollar stores owned by indians?
In my city we have the one like this in the mall, there are lots of shoes like you want for $2-$4 dollars
you could check ebay too

Wallmart has really really cute ones :) my little 4 year old sister just got them there- i think target would probally have them too
