-Don't be desperate. If she's not interested, move on!!
-Dress well. Women are not attracted to men who have mullets and wear cowboy boots. Ask several female friends their honest opinion about your look.
-Good personal hygiene.
-Be self supportive. Take care of yourself. Don't live with your parents unless you are a kid. If you are an adult living with your parent(s), you have a bigger problem than attracting women. You need to get a life, get off the t*t and stop being a parasite, GROW UP!!!
-Don't be a jerk. Sure, there are some women who are attracted to losers, but they have low self esteem and other serious issues that you don't want in your life.

I would say dont be afraid to just be who you are, even if you think people wont like the real you. And be confident in who you are. I know this sounds really really cheesy, but if you like yourself chances are that other people will like you too.
