Chances are your body still has some recovering to do from the miscarriage. Dont stress, completely quit smoking and drinking, eat right and take prenatal vitamins. If you do all this, your chances will increase, I have tried it.

YES! I am sooo sick of it! I can not sleep anymore! I am 34 weeks and it takes me until about 3am to fall asleep, then as soon as I do I have to wake up to use the bathroom! I have the worse insomnia ever and I don't know how much longer I can deal with it! I never ever had this with my first son so I don't know whats going on. I have an extremely soft bed and its very comfortable normally, so I know its just me. Tylenol pm doesn't work at all! Nothing does! I guess we will have to suffer until the babies are out! At least then I can take a real sleep aid! Sorry for rambling on but somethings gotta give! I hope it doesn't last for you! Good luck

if you smoke when you are trying to have a baby that is wrong. You can't risk your chane of falling preggie when your smoking. You have to stop smoking and try try try. There is really no way you can fall preggie after a misscharge. you need to wait almost 1 year or 11 months. My dather fell preggie and then faced a misscharge then her egg was unfirtle for at least 12 months. My daughter is only 16 and i am her stepmother. i have loads of great tips and help for babies and birth and preggie cause i am a mid wife if you need more help send me an e-mail

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

If you are stressed that may stop you or if you try to hard as that will stress also i suppose
so just try & not worry to much if that is possible. I'm sorry about your sad loss
I was 30 when I had my first child so you have plenty of time.

my husband and i have been trying for 4 yrs, only to lose our first one at 9 weeks in may 2006. Biggest help we've found is www.sharkeyshealingcentre.com.au ---- they are a fertility clinic, but also have a lot of info and encouragement on their website. My period is currently late, and feel as preggers as ever, so fingers crossed. Good luck for you and your partner....hopefully the tips on the website help....they did for us.

take your prenatal vitamin and stop smoking an stressing the more relaxed you are the easier you will get pregnant and you also have to remember your body is trying to recover from your miscarriage so give it time and it will happen.

call your local catholic church and sign up for a natural family planning course. it's for you and your husband. kind of the calendar rhythm method and temperature/cervical mucous together.
it helps you see when you are most likely to conceive and when you are not likely to conceive. could be that you are having sex on infertile days.

your body has had plenty of recovery time from your miscarriage. it only takes about 6 weeks for the uterus to repair. your heart takes longer.

God bless you.
