not casual but not too go thereing?

im bored of always wearing boring casual clothes so what would be a little more "glam" or w/e?? i have like one tight black shirt from Rampage (v-neck) then what would i pair it with. also give me more suggestions about outfits.probably ladies know more. . .

I would wear a tight-fitting pair of dark wash jean with a cute pair of white heels....it makes jeans look a little bit more dressed up!!!
