An abortion will NOT make future babies healthy.
An abortion will also NOT make future babies unhealthy.
It will have little to no impact on future babies, if it is done properly, by a licensed health care provider, in a proper medical environment. If an abortion was done properly, the only way I can see it affecting a future pregnancy is your psychological state during the pregnancy. If being pregnant again stirs up feelings of loss or guilt or sadness, the stress of those feelings could potentially have some impact on the development of the foetus. But it would be very minimal.
Abortion is a reality for a lot of women. But not one woman will make the decision lightly. It's a terrible dilemna to be wrapped up in.
Women have them for a number of reasons, but almost universally, one of those reasons is that they will not be able to provide an adequate quality of life for that potential human. In my judgement, it is better to have one done properly, early in gestation, than to have a child on your hands that you can't care for because you don't have enough money, time, mental health, etc. to provide it with the right to a good life.
A lot of crime and poverty in this world exist because people made the decision to have a baby that they couldn't care for properly.
And no, an abortion will also NOT make you BARREN. That's absolute draconian rubbish. Don't listen to it.

NO, and no. Having an abortion doesn't have anything to do with keeping babies stronger and healthier. I know for experience. I had a healthy baby boy weighing in at 10 pounds after having 2 abortions. Nothing to brag about - but that's your choice , your body :-)

Definitely not! Each pregnancy, even one ended early, uses up some of your physical reserves and makes it actually harder for the next baby to thrive unless you wait for a year or more between pregnancies.
Whoever told you that abortion would help you have a healthy child is either evil or very ignorant. Repeated abortions can indeed make it impossible to have a child when you want one. Never have unprotected sex unless you want to carry any resulting baby for a full nine months!

first abortin is not a good thing to do to your body second after you get an abortion that can lead you to not being able to bear children anymore third why get an abortion in the first place if youre going to "want to keep a stronger healthier baby" doesn't make sense to me

NO! That's NOT TRUE. In fact if not done properly and in a clean, sanitary environment, abortions can sometimes make you sterile (not able to have babies at all).

No, it makes you barren and eventually when you want to have a baby you won't be able to because the doctors you went to sucked out all of the contents of your uterus numerous times. Murder is Murder. Can we please stop sugar coating it?
