No i dont think it is a little kid themed it sounds like a really fun party actually i think anyone much younger than 12 would not get that into it because at about that age is when you are most paying attention to celebs and how they dress and act and stuff like that also as a young teenager so that is the perfect party for that age group ..sounds fun
