Not bad at all.
The grey boxes on the main page are a bit hard to read but you can see you've put some effort into it.

Its informative, well laid out, well structured (!!! i hate sloppy links, so thankyou) and it looks great - nice colours and nice theme.
if your looking for ideas of what to add to it, i'd say its ok as is but if you wanted to, you could add a links section to affiliates and other good batman info. perhaps to sites about the original comics, or imdb pages of the movies/actors. A personal fave of mine is 100x100 pixel icons or icon bases for LiveJournal or MySpace.

It's eye catching but would be tons better without the pop ups (which are a pet hate of mine lol).
