A. Go to a store that carries paint and buy a set of stencils.
B. Print your message on paper with a large font and then use a soft pencil to cover the outline on the words on the back of the page. Then draw the outline of the letters on your T-Shirt. It will give you a faint impression of the letters (HB is often sold in mechanical pencils, 6B is the softest lead you can get--it is like butter, the H means hardness so a number 2 pencil is really a 2H and fairly hard),
C. Buy transfer paper that works with your printer. Print out the letters you want to use and use an iron to transfer them to the sheet.
D. Cut the letters out of hard cardboard or foam core board and then trace the letters on the fabric.
E. Borrow an opaque projector or an overhead projector from school. Use a dark empty classroom and put your images on the projector then shine them on the black board, or a poster board to the height you want. Pin up your t-shirt, or tape it to the blackboard and trace the outlines.

This might sound weird, but I go into Word on my computer and print out letters with the word art option. If you choose the simple outlined letters, you can enlarge them to the size you need. Print them out on cardstock and cut them out and viola--you have letters.
