I've been with this guy for almost 3 years and I also have a baby with him.We fight so much to the point where I don't know if our love for each other is still there like it used to be.I love him so much, but I'm just so tired of getting hurt and fighting about things that's not worth it.It came to the point if I don't know if he loves me cause I'm the mother of his child or if he's in love with me,I feel the same way about myself too. Will we be able to get through this or it will get so bad that he will one day leave.

I agree with Aslan. Unless you try to sort this out, it may be too late and further down the line in years to come, you may regret that decision not to try and resolve your issues. I too am having a rocky patch with my partner and we have actually separated for the time being but i know that in time, we will sort this out as it got to the stage where enough was enough and we either split for good or had a break. Saying that, i have been through a hell of a time the last few months and the stress caused the rows. Do something about this situation AS SOON AS POSSIBLE before its too late.

Why don't you stop fighting then? If you love him so much, you'd stop arguing with him and try to make a decent home for this baby. I really don't care if you love him or are in love with him or whatever- the fact is: you made a baby so you need to grow up real fast and stop your silly fighting, and provide a calm, happy, stable home for the baby.
Try learning to control your temper when you speak to him and maybe you 2 will learn to talk rather than argue. Get some counseling, too.

i think that staying with someone because of past history can be a form of mature love in its own right

the 'in love' stage has a lot to do with hormones and can wear off as easily in a very short time

it seems that your relationship is going through a difficult time and will need some work to help you get through it

i could suggest you get some relationship counseling to help you both understand each other better

You both need to sit down and have a long talk. Get all your feelings out in the open. Listen to what he says. Try to talk it over and if he doesn't even want to bother I would think about yourself and your child and get out of this bad relationship.

Either break up or go to counseling. Either way this is NOT a good environment for your child.
