I am 52 and my bf is 49. We have been together 2 yrs; separate homes. Recently, he ended things with me, got together with a 42 yr old women. I am of average size, have an average body, but am usually attractive to men. My personality is fun, and I am very sexually accomodating. The new woman has a great body, nice face, but she is absolutely wacko and has mental & psych probs, on meds etc. He states that she drives him nuts, kisses me when we see each other, and the other night we made wild, passionate love; it was the best, and he told me he loved me. He states that he and she are "somewhat" broke up, and my best friend said that she talked with this woman and was told by her that she was over him. So, he has held a short rope on my heart through brief encounters over the summer while his fling with her has gone on, and now, as things are cooling off with her, we made love in a way we never have before, yet he has still not totally committed to me.

OMG. Drop this loser. You know why he's carrying on with her and you? Because he can and you allow it. No d*ck is worth all this aggravation. If you're a fun attractive lady as you claim, there are men that would be beating a path to your door, so why stay hung up on this middle aged lothario? Trust me that you could look like Halle Berry and a dude like this will still screw around. Some people are just greedy, and men in particular crave variety in women. It's their nature. Some are strong and overcome it to a degree and then there are those who just philander as they will. Break it off with Cassanova like yesterday. You deserve better.

" If he really cared about you as a person he would of never strayed(w/ miss pretty face), You are enabling him to abuse you mentally !
He is like every other guy out there Sure they wish they could have a lifetime of sex with multiple partners with a free pass to do it but there is not to many woman that would give that pass.

Don't take your boyfriend's action personally. He's a player who wants more than one women, one woman will never be enough, no matter how great she is. Stay away from this guy before you catch STD's from him. You can do better. If you are looking for a comitment, you are not going to get it from him. You need to look elsewhere because there are plenty of men that would love to have a mentally balanced sex kitten like yourself. Don't sell yourself short!!!

The most you can expect from your current boyfriend is a casual sexual relationship.

If you love him and he loves you and you think things are back to normal, ask him about it. Thats the only real way to find the truth out, even ask her, if you want a challenge. If you want a committment and he doesnt give it to you, then ditch him, you can totally find a new **star** in your life and love him. You sound like a sweet woman, so i'm sure it wont be hard. Just be careful, good luck!

sounds like you're the back-up, i wouldn't put up w/ that! now that he's single show him what it feels like to be strung along. you know... make plans and cancel at the last minute, invite him over for supper {and thats it} or find another guy and flaunt him in his face like he did you.
