Yes. The money that could be spent on improving agriculture and the technology to provide better food production is spent on weapons and armaments. You could feed the whole world on what the US spends each year on "defense".

firstly the World isn't hungry and is very peaceful ..
the man/woman life is the distressed part that has the problem .. so the question should be ::::
How is Life hunger and Life peace related? ::::
clearly food appeases the body where knowledge appeases the mind. finacial security and reassurement of a safe environment from invaders and usurpers institutes a knowledge of peace and keeps the hungry fed with a value recognition of mineral value and availability .

the people in the hungry countries all immigrate to the rich countries, once there they start to force their ways on other people, so that the rich countries will also become poor
