I agree with Willowdream. It has nothing to do with sex, or at least that's what the experts say. It's all about power, and intimidation. They enjoy controlling the woman (or man) so if you castrated them, it wouldn't make a difference.
Lol, decapitation would certainly do the trick!

Decapitation will prevent any offender from reoffending -- lol.
However, castration is not the answer to sex crimes, in my opinion. Sex crimes are generally considered an issue of power and control, not sex.

decapitatation does,lol we could only wish they did that to sex offenders, not castration.
Its not about sex, its about fantasy and control. IF you castrate someone they still have their brain to fantasize to carry out acts
